CVE-2019-3775: UAA allows users to modify their own email address

Description
Pivotal Application Service (2.2.x versions prior to 2.2.14, 2.3.x versions prior to 2.3.9, 2.4.x versions prior to 2.4.10, and 2.5.x versions prior to 2.5.1), Pivotal Container Service (1.3.x versions prior to 1.3.8), and Pivotal Ops Manager (2.2.x versions prior to 2.2.20, 2.3.x versions prior to 2.3.13, and 2.4.x versions prior to 2.4.6), through their dependency on a vulnerable version of UAA (57.x versions prior to 57.9, 60.x versions prior to 60.12, 64.x versions prior to 64.1, and 66.x versions prior to 66.1), allow a user to update their own email address. A remote authenticated user can impersonate a different user by changing their email address to that of a different user.
